The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, stunning views, and incredibly comfortable bed. The shower was powerful and the room service exceptional. All the staff were extremely friendly, and the parking facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center, making it easy to explore Bournemouth. However, the room was a bit small, but it had everything needed including an ironing board and iron.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were larger than expected with a great view, exceptionally clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The powerful shower and big TV with good sound made for a relaxing time. Room service was brilliant, and all staff were incredibly friendly. The parking was excellent, and the location could not have been better. However, I did notice some issues with the showers not working properly, although the hotel was quiet. Overall, a great hotel to stay in.
